Vida luna yoga



I first stepped on the mat in the early 00s, but it wasn’t until more than a decade later when I fell in love with yoga and developed a focused daily practice. I mostly practised 'classical' styles like Ashtanga and Iyengar for several years, then continued to explore other styles and influences.

Nowadays I continue to learn, by looking at traditional sources and trying to keep up-to-date with modern research in anatomy, physiology and somatic movement.

I have a non-dogmatic approach to my practice and teaching. I look at each student as an individual, and take into account their natural qualities and circumstances. My goal is to help others improve their life and develop a practice of their own.


Weekly class (max 12):
Weekly yoga class on Sunday mornings in Kentish Town.
It’s a small, supportive group where we explore asana, breath and movement to improve health and awareness.

New to yoga?
The next 4-week beginners yoga course starts on 17/06/19 in Kentish Town.
